Insurance Coverage and Forms
Urban Massage Therapy is now excited to offer clients the ease of online booking and the option of direct billing. However, we ask that clients prearrange their insurance details prior to their appointment and during reception hours. Reception is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. It is also recommended that you arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before your appointment as we will have an additional direct billing form for you to fill out. Please remember to bring your insurance card and plan member details.

While massage therapy is not covered by Manitoba Health, it is recognized under most private insurance plans.
